Kim O'Rourke -
Just how amazing would you like 2010 to be?
If you would like an amazing 2010.if you'd like your business to be creating the kind of income and impact that you always thought it should...and if you want your life to give you the kind of happiness and fulfilment that you
only thought was possible in the movies, then there is an answer.
And that is in learning how to set yourself goals. However, most people don't do it properly and miss out on an amazing life just because they're missing a few skills and a bit of knowledge.
Don't be one of them!
Join me - Kim O'Rourke - on Thursday 10th December for an exclusive and comprehensive tele-workshop (which will be recorded if you can't make it) on this very subject.

* You'll find out the one thing that stops you from reaching your goals (so simple, yet so many people fall into this trap);
* The one thing that will make a MASSIVE difference to your goal setting - and very few people know about it.
* And discover an exciting goal setting tool that will make your goal setting a breeze;
* And much, much more.

October Meeting :-

10 steps to solving the business efficiency conundrum
How can you grow your business when it takes all your time just to keep it going as it is? To tackle this eternal problem, you’ll need to spot the flaws in your current systems and develop a structured plan for a new approach. It’s easier than you think using this ten step plan:
1. Define your business growth strategy in terms of
- direction
- time scale
- outcome
2. Identify your personal strengths and weaknesses in a business context. Concentrate on your strengths and aim to reduce reliance on your lesser abilities.
3. List those business tasks you do well and enjoy doing, and that produce income. Identify the rest – then arrange to delegate or outsource them.
4. Assess your business format: self-employed, employer or entrepreneur?
Which one are you? Which one do you want to be?
5. Identify the main obstacle to improving productivity in your business. Is it your:
- inexperience?
- procrastination?
- megalomania?
6. Develop your delegation skills and remember to use them.
7. Apply common sense to your admin burden – reject sentimentality. This is business.
8. Reassess your admin system regularly and streamline it as far as possible.
9. Implement your new business growth strategy going forward.
10. Keep your business in perspective. Remember – you work to live, not vice versa.
